What To Expect On The Qualification & Enrollment Call
Participants that meet the initial qualification (click the "See If I Qualify" button to find out), will meet on a Phone call with your Psoriasis Program Specialist who can confirm that you qualify and answer any questions you have.
The conversation is loosely divided into three parts:

1. You'll share your heath journey to this point, your experience with the healthcare system related to your psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis, other things you have tried already, and your thoughts of how effective your care has been for you over time.
2. Your Psoriasis Program Specialist will provide you a description of the program, your care team, and what to expect. Also, at this time, we want you to ask as many questions as you'd like to see if you are interested.
3. Assuming that you want to take part in the program, your Psoriasis Program Specialist will arrange a time for you to meet with the team.
Every journey starts with a single step. Participating in the program is a way to help others by sharing your journey.
